The post holder will be a key part of the bksb sales team, focussed on B2B client-facing activities to help engage and retain existing bksb customers, help secure new business, and achieve overall sales targets.
The role will involve providing day-to-day customer support and advice (account management), via telephone and email campaigns, as well as online product demonstrations and training, whilst actively using the CRM system to provide reports and statistics for internal meetings.
You will be integral in enabling the company to achieve new business and client retention targets. You must be highly motivated and able to work both independently and as a member of the team and have excellent organisational and communication skills, with a positive outlook and a passion for customer care.
