ABOUT THE ROLE

As Personal Assistant to the Executive, you will ensure a professional and high quality service at all times, taking a proactive approach in anticipating what is required.

You will play a key role in ensuring that members of the Executive can operate with maximum efficiency in their roles within the college group and with external agencies.  This will consist of confidential administration activities including minute taking, proof reading, writing and formatting documents and managing diaries. You will also be required to organise events and collating and distributing papers/agendas for a range of internal and external meetings.

You will also provide support to specific member(s) of the Executive.   

You will be flexible in the hours worked in order that such meetings and activity can be effectively conducted and completed.

You will ideally have recent and relevant experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally in an educational environment. With excellent organisational, planning, secretarial and administrative skills, you should hold appropriate administrative qualifications to at least level 3 or equivalent.  You will possess outstanding customer service skills, a flexible positive attitude and have the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
