Bringing in the New Year – Chinese style
West Nottinghamshire College’s BAY6 coffee bar and café will have an oriental theme to their menu in February (11-14 February).
To celebrate Chinese New Year, students will be serving up a range of Chinese cuisine including sweetcorn soup for £1.50, five spice chicken and noodles for £3 and a steamed sweet egg custard for £1.
Food will be available from 10.00am to 2pm, with tea, coffee, cakes and sandwiches also served during these times at the venue in Woodhouse Road, Mansfield.
People can just turn up although parties of eight or more are advised to book a table on 01623 413027.
BAY6 is open to the public for hot and cold refreshments and provides a practical training and working environment for students with learning difficulties or disabilities.
