Calling secondary school students and parents in Newark…
Secondary school students in Newark and their parents or carers can find out more about courses available at Vision West Notts, courtesy of a careers fairs taking place this month.
Representatives from the college will be on hand at The ‘What Next?’ Newark and Sherwood Careers Event 2011 on Tuesday 18 October in The Dome and Carriage Court, Kelham Hall, Kelham, Newark, NG23 5QX.
The event is aimed at year 11 students who are in the initial stages of planning their future careers and to parents and carers who will be supporting their decisions.
Now in its third year, this annual convention is a fantastic opportunity for students and parents to meet training providers and professionals in their chosen industries and take part in interactive activities, games, quizzes and taster sessions, and receive information about their ideal careers.

In the evening, from 4.30pm to 7pm, doors will open to secondary school students in all years and their parents / carers; pre-booking for the evening event is not required.
