Carnegie Student Run
On Saturday, 10th May, staff and students from our HE courses took part in the Leeds Met Carnegie Student Run alongside participants from the university, and other colleges in the university’s Regional University Network, before relaxing and enjoying the sun and a barbecue at the Headingley campus.
Michelle Fraser, Associate Dean (Innovation North) stopped for a chat with students, who were thoroughly enjoying the atmosphere. Then it was time to watch Leeds met Carnegie play ‘Wasps’ in their last game of the season and a chance to see Lawrence Dallaglio play his last game, as well as England stars Paul Sackey, Josh Lewsey and Danny Cipriani and the former French captain Rafa Ibanez.
