Principal Asha appears on The Politics Show
Asha Khemka OBE, Principal and Chief Executive of West Nottinghamshire College, took part in a live discussion about the growing problem of young people that are not in employment, education or training (NEET) on BBC One’s The Politics Show on Sunday 28 June.
The programme shone the spotlight on the College’s pioneering Ashfield Project, which was set up to engage teenagers who are at risk of becoming NEET.
Asha was joined in the studio by Shadow Education Minister, Baroness Verma of Leicester, and Labour MP for Nottingham East, John Heppell, for the interview by presenter Marie Ashby.
