3D design leading figure to host college seminar
A leading expert in 3D design is putting the spotlight on cutting-edge technology used in the movies, at a seminar at West Nottinghamshire College.
Lino Grandi, 3D content and character technology lead at The LightWave 3D Group will host the event aimed at design professionals on Monday 20 July.
LightWave 3D is a 3D computer graphics software and it has been used in film, television, motion graphics, digital matte painting, visual effects, video games development, product design, architectural visualisations, virtual production, music videos, pre-visualisations and advertising.
The event, which will run throughout the whole day, will consist of guest speakers from across the LightWave community giving talks and demonstrations on why and how they use the software.
At the end of each talk there will be a question and answer session, as well as an opportunity to meet with the exhibitors during the course of the day.
