Privacy notice

This notice describes the independent WNC Group website as configured on 7 November 2026. Privacy enquiries can be sent to [email protected]. The college details preserved on our Contact page describe a historical website; they do not identify the controller of this publication.

Browsing the website

Requests pass through Cloudflare and the website server to deliver pages and protect the service. Network requests include an IP address, requested address, time and browser information. Server access and error logs support operation and troubleshooting. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its handling of network data.

Messages and accounts

If you email us, your email service and the receiving mail service process the address and content you send. Limit messages to information needed for your enquiry. WordPress administration is restricted to authorised accounts. The launch website offers no reader registration, public comment submission, newsletter signup or contact form.

Analytics, advertising and storage

No audience analytics, ad network, affiliate tracker or third-party video embed is configured in the launch build. See the cookie notice for administrative cookies. External source links take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Privacy requests and further information

Use the contact email to ask about access, correction, deletion or other privacy concerns. The applicable rights depend on the processing and jurisdiction. A current legal operator name, correspondence address, complete processor list and specific retention periods have not been verified for this notice; historical college details must not be substituted for them. This notice will be updated when those particulars or the site’s services change.
