University-level information day in Mansfield
People can find out more about embarking on a university-level qualification at West Nottinghamshire College during a Saturday coffee morning.
People can come along to see the new centre and find out about universitylevel education in Mansfield
The newly-opened Vision University Centre at the college’s Derby Road campus is open for people to drop in between 10am and 12pm on Saturday (25 February) with friends and family, to discuss higher-level options or just have a look around, while enjoying tea and cake.
The Higher Education team will be on hand to show people around the £6.5 million facility which features a 100-seat lecture theatre, science laboratory and is a Microsoft centre of excellence.
People can discover the range of courses available in business, creative arts, criminal justice, childcare, engineering and more – with fees costing up to a third less than other universities.
Courses on offer include HNCs, HNDs, foundation degrees and full honours degrees as well as many professional qualifications, Access to HE course and more.
