An excellent Easter enterprise
A sea of market stalls, singing, games and prizes were just some of the things on offer at a special Easter market at West Nottinghamshire College last week.

Students from across the college put their customer service and enterprise skills into practice on Wednesday (18 March) on a range of stalls which were selling hand-made Easter treats and cakes, bath bombs, jewellery and bread.
Staff and student visitors to the Easter market could buy raffle tickets and had the chance to win £50 Amazon vouchers, Easter eggs and a giant cuddly toy. Representatives from DW Fitness were on hand to give students advice on gym membership and fitness regimes.
Representatives from Guide Dogs For The Blind and children’s brain tumour charity - Levi’s Star - visited to inform visitors about charitable giving, while catering students raised cash through bread sales for Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice.
Student experience officer Jodi Clarey said: “This year’s Easter market was a fabulous success. It was lively with some great karaoke singing for entertainment, everyone made a great effort decorating their stalls and things were selling very fast.
“It was clear our market stall holders were getting into the entrepreneurial spirit and sold lots of their produce.”
